We are seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee weekend cleaning operations. This permanent part-time role involves supervising a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards, maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols, and managing essential shift documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide cleaning operatives to complete tasks as per site instructions
- Carry out cleaning duties in production areas
- Manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, and colour-coded cleaning systems
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports
- Liaise with management on safety and operational matters
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous supervisory or cleaning experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and hygiene protocols
