Job Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cultural Content Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and reviewing information as per policy and guidelines, following all compliance and security measures relating to client data, taking action on process changes and updates, and handling the same with proper research.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in US English. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in the US market, an excellent attendance record, and ability to work rotating shift patterns over 7 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
  • Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
  • Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
  • Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
  • Support users by reviewing/summarizing/completing various types of requests.
  • Work with great attention to detail/content review.
  • Provide insights into cultural nuances relating to the US market in order to improve the product/services.
  • Act as a point of contact to the client for the US market specific cultural nuances.
  • Manage the quality process, end-to-end, rating tasks related to the US market.
  • Implement Generative AI technologies to enhance content creation and management processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in US English.
  • Customer service experience in the US market.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to work rotating shift patterns over 7 days.
