Job Summary:

The position of Project Manager – Life Sciences involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting client requirements.

  • Lead a project team to drive high performance through all aspects of the project.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards on site and understand contract terms.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor Sub-Contractor performance and liaise with the Quantity Surveyor to manage costs.
  • Maintain positive communication with the public and regulatory bodies.
  • PROMOTE HIGH ISO STANDARDS and provide regular reporting to senior management.
