Job Description:

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, exceeding expectations and delighting the senses.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, showcasing our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions with ease and accuracy.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery, working together as a cohesive unit.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and unwavering dedication.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, upholding the highest levels of quality and integrity.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and mutual support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is desirable but not essential
  • Food safety certification is preferred
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates
