Job Overview
The Director/Sr Director EHS & Security role is a key position within Regeneron Ireland DAC's Industrial Operations & Product Supply division. The successful candidate will oversee all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security operations to ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulatory standards.
Daily Responsibilities
- Developing safety culture, programs, and behavioral awareness initiatives
- Maintaining policy direction and coordinating the activity of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Security teams
- Reporting EHS and Security metrics to the Senior Leadership Team
- Driving organizational development and changes to enhance EHS and Security performance
- Ensuring emergency planning and risk management for sites
- Reviewing and revising compliance documents regarding EHS and security issues
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years (Director level) or 15+ years (Sr Director level) of relevant experience in Health and Safety management in an operational regulated manufacturing facility
- Supervisory/leadership experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance in a regulated environment
