Job Title: Production Manager

 

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced production leader to join our global manufacturing team.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a multifunctional production team to meet daily targets and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate staffing and liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
  • Support training and development of team members.
  • Collaborate with HR on reviews and training records.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices.
  • Must currently reside in Ireland and hold a valid work permit.
