Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in senior sales/marketing roles within 5-star hotels, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding departmental goals and targets.">
  • Main Responsibilities:">
    • ">
    • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.">
    • Collaborate with the Revenue Director to set business objectives and achieve revenue outcomes.">
    • Plan and direct sales and marketing operations to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.">
    • Create and manage brand website content to align with business objectives.">
    • Implement online and offline marketing initiatives and activities.">
    • Perform daily sales activity including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, and rate negotiation.">
    • Ensure accurate processing and follow-up of sales correspondence.">
    • Monitor competitors and stay aware of market developments.">
