Senior Leadership Role in Architectural Practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, workplace and urban design sectors.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all project stages.
  • Oversee project delivery using Revit, with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth.
  • Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential.
  • Proficient in Revit – this is a must-have.
  • Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with good client-facing experience.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in your career.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
