Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize bed utilization, reduce wait times, and improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices related to bed management and patient care
  • Analyze bed status, patient flow, and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and other staff members to ensure effective patient care and management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing and registration with NMBI
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in an acute setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and precision in all matters
