The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and monitoring of our client's construction programme and cost plan, with a focus on minimising the impact of any variations to the project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure they are informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues.
  • Supporting the tender and contractor / consultant appointment process.
  • Providing administrative support for project review meetings.
  • Ensuring that all buildings, services, and equipment under their control are adequately maintained in accordance with approved maintenance programmes.
  • Facilitating the smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
  • Assisting in identifying and predicting potential bottlenecks and delays, and recommending action to address them.
  • Coordinating valuations and final accounts for contractors and consultants.
  • Maintaining accurate records of build and material quality.
  • Monitoring contractor and consultancy contractual compliance.
  • Contributing to the front-end design planning and procurement of other projects within our client's portfolio.
