Seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our nursing team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of nursing practices and HIQA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, enabling them to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor resident care outcomes and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage staffing levels to secure adequate coverage while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Oversee training initiatives for new nurses and facilitate continuous professional development for existing staff.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred), active NMBI registration, and a minimum of 3 years' experience within the last 5 years in a leadership role in a Nursing home setting.
