Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IC Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative and high-performance products. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, and verifying complex digital and analog circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IP blocks and SoCs using advanced design methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product execution and meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Make strategic decisions affecting work beyond immediate teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of ASIC design experience.
  • Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of ASIC design experience.
  • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of ASIC design experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 9+ years of ASIC design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with architecture and design tools.
  • 3+ years of experience with scripting tools and programming languages.
  • 3+ years of experience with design verification methods.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a leadership role.
