Lead Digital Circuit Design Engineer

The position of Lead Digital Circuit Design Engineer requires a highly skilled professional with experience in designing and specifying complex digital systems.

  • We are seeking an experienced designer to develop IC architectures, design and specify system blocks, including RISC/ARM processors, DSP cores, and communications interfaces.

This is a challenging role that involves the specification and design of digital & mixed-signal sub-systems, verification of design blocks at block-level, system-level, and chip-level.

  • The selected candidate will participate in product and technology roadmap planning and implementation.
  • They will lead design reviews for assigned areas of responsibility and evaluate power control schemes for real-world scenarios.
  • Maintain engineering documents according to quality processes and implement design improvements.
  • Support test-engineering, product engineering, and operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have 7+ years of digital circuit design experience in ASIC/SOC environments.

  • A PhD, post-graduate or degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar is required.
  • You should have knowledge of power conversion, Verilog RTL coding, simulation, and synthesis skills.
  • FPGA prototyping experience is also desired.
  • Digital Signal Processor and/or computational hardware design experience is a plus.
