Job Title

Candidate should have a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures, including invoice processing, purchase order management and supplier payment runs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of general accounting procedures, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and exceptional time management and organisational skills.

  • Manage end-to-end invoice process cycle
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and posting supplier invoices to the accounting system
  • Prepare and process weekly supplier payment runs
  • Assist in month/quarterly end close off and preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns

Accounting Expertise

This role requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with financial software and systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
