Cork-Based Health and Safety Manager

About the Role:
- We seek an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our Cork-based team.
- This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary package inclusive of a company vehicle.
- The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and a minimum 1+ years of experience in health and safety management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report on the performance of project teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Oversee and review site performance across multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct inductions and provide training to staff and subcontractors on site-specific health and safety procedures.
- Assist in compiling comprehensive health and safety documentation.
- Promote risk awareness and deliver on-site training to enhance overall workplace safety.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in a related field such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in health and safety management, preferably within the construction industry.
