Unlocking Growth: A Manager & Associate Director Role in M&A

Job Overview

Elevate your career by joining our ambitious team as a Manager or Associate Director, focused on delivering exceptional mid-market M&A services to clients across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates across various sectors, including:

  • Originate, lead, and manage M&A transactions end-to-end, encompassing financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Support and drive deal origination and sector insight initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives

For this role, we require 7-10 years' experience in M&A within a Big 4, boutique advisory, or an investment banking environment, alongside strong technical skills in valuation and financial modeling.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in M&A transaction management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant postgraduate degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, economics)
  • Certifications in areas such as CFA, CAIA, or IMC
