A snapshot of your peer group:
PQE 6 years minimum.
Strong M&A and corporate law experience.
Exposure to cross-jurisdictional and complex M&A transactions would be an advantage.
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
Here is what you can initially expect:
Drafting complex documents for internal and external clients.
Provision of advice to clients on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and commercial contracting.
Negotiation of a broad array of corporate transactions in the domestic and international market working alongside colleagues with a broad and diverse set of skills and from multiple jurisdictions.
Provision of ad hoc legal advice to clients and KPMG teams.
