Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Sustainability Manager to spearhead our sustainability efforts. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability strategy, ensuring seamless delivery of our commitments to Product, Planet, and People.

Sustainability Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive measurement and reporting strategies aligned with sustainability goals and legislation.
  • Monitor external trends, risks, and competitor activity to maintain Primark's leading position in sustainability.
  • Support strategic planning through research and risk mapping.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in leading ESG data and reporting transformation in large or consultancy-based environments, preferably within global retail.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide change with a focus on Product, Planet, and People.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Strategic communicator with the ability to inspire ownership and accountability.
  • Deep expertise in ESG data, measurement, and reporting.
