ESG Data Transformation Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and embed standards, policies, and procedures for ESG reporting across the business.
  • Align with stakeholders to integrate reporting into governance and operations.
  • Support senior leaders with data-driven insights for key meetings.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years leading ESG data transformation in large or consultancy-based environments, ideally within retail.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional change, leveraging expertise in ESG measurement and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, inspiring ownership and accountability.
  • Strategic communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
