Job Title: Change Strategist

As a Change Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the implementation of significant business change across Europe. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

This position requires a strong understanding of change management methodologies, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans aligned with project and organisational goals.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, understand the employee journey and change impacts, and address concerns and resistance through targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create clear, engaging materials such as briefings, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Establish a change agent network and deliver training to support local adoption and readiness.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives through structured tracking and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of working on M&A change activity is essential, preferably in Europe.
  • Proven experience in a change management role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • High levels of discretion, collaboration and ability to navigate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
