What we're looking for

At Jump, we help clients win tomorrow through sharp brand strategy, creative growth planning, and breakthrough innovation. We are an agency trusted by names like Jameson, adidas, Red Bull Racing, Heineken, Bumble and Nestlé to solve their biggest brand, positioning and innovation challenges.

Now, we're looking for a Senior Strategist to join our Mission Team, the beating heart of our strategic work, to deliver sharp thinking, bold creativity and commercial clarity.

You'll be
  • Strategically sharp and commercially aware
  • Fast-learning, curious and creatively ambitious
  • Fluent in brand, marketing or innovation
  • Relationally strong — a natural collaborator with senior clients
  • Energised by big challenges, high standards, and real impact

You'll need around 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, innovation, consultancy or marketing planning but it's your impact, ideas and presence that matter most. Degrees are nice, but we're looking for brains, drive and empathy.

What you'll do
  • Lead strategic work that drives change for global clients, across sectors, in fast-paced and ambitious teams
  • Leading strategy across brand positioning, innovation and architecture
  • Making the complex simple and actionable
  • Facilitating client workshops that spark ideas and align teams
  • Turning insight and cultural signals into creative commercial direction
  • Building trusted relationships with senior clients and collaborators
  • Contributing to pitches and new business efforts
  • Coaching junior strategists and contributing to the Senior Leadership Team
