Key Client Services Professional

This role will involve managing a high-value portfolio of clients, with a focus on policy maintenance and service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, including maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that their insurance needs are met.
- Collaborating with client advisors to review exposures and insurance programs for assigned clients, determine if carrier is the best fit for the client while considering coverage, protection, and cost.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
- Providing day-to-day service, anticipating customer's needs, and responding to client issues/questions in a timely manner.
- Monitoring carrier activities to make sure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer (policy endorsements, claims, etc.).
- Assisting or completing other tasks as directed by platform management.
