Job Title: Landscape Crew Leader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Landscape Crew Leader. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for directing the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance tasks, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate your green career with us by learning and applying horticultural techniques.
  • Enhance the appearance and value of properties through direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance.
  • Properly plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch, fertilize, and perform other landscape-related tasks.
  • Learndiagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental turf and shrub conditions.
  • Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A love of the outdoors and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • PREFERRED: Background in horticulture or landscaping, and knowledge of turf, weeds, trees, and shrubs.
  • The ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books and first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses upon hire.
