Landscaping Operations Executive

In this leadership role, you will spearhead the growth and profitability of district operations in our commercial landscaping division. As a visionary leader, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and support for all operations within the district.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate high-performing teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and resources for career development.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth and branch profitability through effective contract management and billing processes.
  • Hire, train, and develop a skilled team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.
  • Collaborate with account managers and production managers to optimize crew work assignments and achieve business objectives.
  • Pursue industry associations and partnerships to promote business growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven track record of direct supervisory experience in grounds maintenance with a strong sales and account management performance history.
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in landscape horticulture, including turf, weed, tree, and shrub identification and pathology.
  • Able to complete first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses as required.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Prioritize obtaining relevant pesticide licenses and certifications if required by state law.
