Job Title:

Branch Manager Landscape Operations

Lead a team of landscape professionals in district operations and market growth.

Job Description:

Responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of district operations. Provide leadership, vision, support, and enforce company policies within the district and market served.

Drive revenue growth and branch profitability through effective sales and account management strategies. Expedite contracts and billing while fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Manage and develop branch staff by hiring, training, inspiring, and motivating them to achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with account managers and production managers to coordinate crew work planning and implementation.

Promote business growth by participating in industry associations and partnerships.

Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, teamwork, communication, ethics, and safety.

Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in grounds maintenance with strong sales and account management skills.
  • Knowledge of landscape horticulture management practices and plant materials.
  • Ability to complete first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses upon hire.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by law.
