About the Position

We are seeking a Governance and Compliance Officer to join our team at IT Search and Selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring governance and compliance across all aspects of the organization.

You will work closely with users, stakeholders, product design teams, and systems engineering to gather inputs and feedback to guide the design and development of governance and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance and compliance strategies to ensure ongoing best practice.
  • Manage all IT Security matters from the development process through to end-user experience.
  • Ensure relevant R&D compliance and prepare departments for future certification.
  • Liaise with third parties, cloud providers, and negotiate SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in a software-based environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering governance and compliance programs.
  • Strong grasp of Security issues and certifications welcome.
  • Medical device experience a plus but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on Digital Transformation projects.
