Job Title

Project Manager is a key role in our organization responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure.

  • Supports project managers in planning and executing projects by applying effective project management methodologies.
  • Leads and coordinates design management to ensure fully integrated final designs for current projects and future rail network expansion.
  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans outlining project development, roles, responsibilities, milestones, and risks.
  • Allocates resources including engineers and technicians for SET systems and daily operational support.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field with a preference for experience in railway infrastructure or rail systems projects.
  • Preferably IRSE licensed and/or chartered e.g. accredited technician or Signaling Design Assistant.
  • Experience as a project coordinator or assistant project manager in railway system projects is considered advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a basic understanding of signaling, electrification, and telecom systems in railway projects.
