The ideal candidate will have excellent design, planning, and technical construction experience, with a strong track record of project leadership in Ireland. A background in Revit software and BIM proficiency is essential, as well as experience working on Data Centre projects.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the project team and junior members to deliver outstanding results, while maintaining a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity for growth and development within a prestigious architectural studio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist through all project work stages, taking concepts and designs through the RIAI plan of work and ensuring the project is moved smoothly through to completion.
- Lead a diverse mix of projects across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace, and Hospitality/Retail sectors.
- Collaborate with the project team and junior members to deliver high-quality projects in Ireland.
**Requirements:**
- RIAI Qualifications.
- Strong experience of project leading in Ireland.
- Experience working with junior members and an example to them.
- Irish planning, construction, and building regulation experience.
- Excellence in Revit software and BIM proficiency.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects.
