is seeking a
Fit Out Project Manager
to join our client's dynamic and expanding team in North Dublin.
Our client is an expert in delivering projects across
Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe
.
With a strong track record in mission-critical sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, Advanced Manufacturing, and Logistics, they're known for delivering complex builds to the highest industry standards.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-value construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to the client's expectations.
You'll coordinate teams on-site, manage subcontractors, and liaise closely with design teams and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through handover
Lead on-site delivery teams, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and quality goals
Oversee procurement, scheduling, and risk management activities
Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations
Foster a collaborative and proactive relationship with clients and consultants
Report regularly on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate
Has several years of experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
Holds a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or construction
Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
