Product Design Leadership Role


Overview

This leadership position involves overseeing a team of UX designers, guiding them through the full product lifecycle from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people and/or leading design teams, with a strong background in UX design and enterprise design or CRM products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance design culture.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the team to ensure alignment with product vision, company strategy, and user needs.
  • Guide designers through the product development lifecycle, promoting best practices in UX design and encouraging consistent and scalable design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design field.
  • Strong skills and experience in Enterprise Design or for CRM products.
  • A portfolio of work samples representing your approach and design philosophy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
