Entry-Level Technology Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Technology Specialist to join our talented team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control testing of commercial products via Cell-Based Potency Assay and related ELISA methods.
  • Manage routine laboratory duties, including reagent qualifications, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to support product release and project completion.
  • Support and execute method transfer and validation activities for biological drug projects.
  • Monitor assay performance and analyze trends.
  • Compile and review laboratory documentation, such as SOPs, methods, and validation reports.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and support regulatory inspections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences.
  • Practical experience with mammalian cell culture and techniques such as passaging, freezing, and drug treatments (advantageous).
  • GMP experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Understanding of ELISA-based methods.
  • Knowledge of working within regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to plan workloads.
