Description Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Governance Assistant to support the preparation and filing of annual reports and corporate compliance filings for all global subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation and filing of annual reports and corporate compliance filings
  • Convene subsidiary board meetings and draft board minutes for review
  • Monitor and manage subsidiary compliance
  • Manage and maintain GEMs database and corporate records
  • Prepare and arrange execution, notarisation and apostille of required documents
  • Partner with various departments on ad-hoc intercompany projects

Additional responsibilities include supporting the coordination of governance training for subsidiary directors and officers, and completing ad hoc projects as required.

This role requires excellent oral and written English skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good working knowledge of CORE and RBO. Experience with Irish subsidiary management and exposure to other EU jurisdictions corporate governance or US corporate governance is an advantage.
