Job Overview:

The Client Accounting Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our accounting team. This highly respected position oversees all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring seamless management of client portfolios.

  • As the lead Accountant, you will spearhead the Accounting team, mentoring and guiding junior staff members to achieve their full potential.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving daily operational escalations and issues in a timely manner.
  • You will collaborate closely with Senior Accountants to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, while also focusing on the internal control of accounting processes.
  • Another key aspect of this role is fostering a high-performance team environment by prioritizing team development, employee satisfaction, and accountability for team results and performance.
  • Additionally, you will oversee the training, development, and workload of accounting staff, continuously monitoring and improving their skills to meet business demands.

About You:

To excel in this challenging yet rewarding role, you must possess ACA/ACCA/CPA qualifications and at least 4-5 years' experience working in practice or Financial Services. Proven ability to mentor and train Qualified Accountants is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also vital for success in this position.
