We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Workforce/Project Coordinator. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, expertise in recruitment and resource planning, and a strong ability to influence and communicate effectively.

**Job Description:**

  • Recruitment and retention of staff and contractors.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new contractors.
  • Review candidate profiles, role assessments, and screening with hiring managers.
  • Candidate onboarding and finance setups.
  • Matching work assignments to staff skills or developmental opportunities. Balancing work demand and resource supply to ensure maximum utilisation of people.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Recent experience as a workforce/project coordinator.
  • Experience of recruiting both permanent and contract staff.
  • Planning, organising, and controlling people resources, and providing solutions for resource conflicts.
  • Experience in working collaboratively to build and maintain trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
