
Senior Clinical Development Manager

This position plays a key leadership role in the Clinical Development organization, overseeing consultants, associates, and assistants supporting trials.
Responsibilities
- Operational Planning: Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to provide input on clinical plan feasibility and resource requirements.
- Strategic Leadership: Guide CTPMs in implementing regional/global enrollment strategies and achieving milestones; escalate issues for awareness and resolution.
- Resource Allocation: Align resources based on team priorities and regional trial participation.
- Trial Management Expertise: Facilitate problem-solving, shared learning, and decision-making across clinical functions.
- Training and Compliance: Develop and maintain training programs/courses with the training group; consult on new programs as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree in a scientific or health-related field preferred, along with 5 years of clinical research experience or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial experience with strong knowledge of the clinical research process.
- Demonstrated technical and process expertise in clinical trial development; understanding of the drug development process and task interdependencies.
