About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Phone Support Advisor team. As a Phone Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a financial client, supporting their growth in the Irish market.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6 months experience in a customer facing role and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to multi-task, think on your feet, and resolve issues quickly and decisively.

The responsibilities of this role include managing inbound and outbound phone calls, resolving customer queries, and driving sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and identifying new sales opportunities.
