Housekeeping Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied hours including occasional weekends.


About the Role
  • Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure effective management and coordination of cleaning operations
  • Inspect work areas to ensure conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
  • Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment
  • Coordinate work activities among departments to achieve optimal results
  • Provide training and support to staff members as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as required
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives
