Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our housekeeping operations and ensure a spotless experience for our guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the daily tasks of the housekeeping team, ensuring they have all the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles. They will also be responsible for managing departmental costs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking the lead in ensuring our guests experience exceptional cleanliness and organization in their rooms.
  • Leading and inspiring the housekeeping team by example, fostering an environment where they can grow and develop professionally.
  • Management of departmental costs and ensuring that expenses are kept in line with guidelines.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property through SOPs, training, and regular checks.
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve the overall goal of providing a memorable experience in a beautiful space.
Requirements
  • A natural leader with experience in managing a team and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
