Accommodation Manager Role

The Bracken Court Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Manager to oversee the daily operations of its housekeeping team. This full-time position involves working 42.5 hours per week over 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
  • Lead and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Work closely with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide top-notch customer care to guests at all times.
  • Staff training and development are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Stock/supply ordering and hotel meetings are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Hotel Accommodation Manager or Supervisor is essential.
  • HACCP training would be desirable but is not required.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and be available for early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
