Housekeeping Supervisor Role

This role presents an opportunity to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
    • To oversee and manage the cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms and public areas, guaranteeing they are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
    • Support the smooth operation of the hotel by providing exceptional service to our guests, contributing to a memorable experience in every room.
    • Lead and inspire your team by example, fostering an environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered to excel in their roles, encouraging growth and development within the department.
    • Take an active approach to training and supporting your team members, focusing on maintaining high standards and enhancing their skills and expertise.
    • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper to develop and maintain partnerships with external housekeeping providers, optimizing efficiency and quality.
