Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic and Supervisor to join our workshop in Roscommon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks, achieving company and branch performance targets, and completing administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our customers.
• Implement efficient work processes and utilize materials and tools effectively to achieve company and branch performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, providing valuable insights for management decisions.
• Support the Branch Manager with audits and other tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers through excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is required, along with a full, valid driving license.
• Strong vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding skills, as well as technical expertise in motor repairs, are essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are necessary to succeed as a Mechanic and Branch Supervisor.
