Mechanic Supervisor Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic/Supervisor to maintain, repair, and diagnose issues with various mechanical systems and vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring optimal functionality of our equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect machines, engines, and mechanical components to diagnose functionality issues using diagnostic tests and tools.
- Conduct comprehensive repairs and maintenance to maximize reliability and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including: Replacing fluids, Lubricating parts, Checking and replacing worn components.
- Troubleshoot reported problems efficiently and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain detailed work logs and repair records.
- Provide cost estimates and consultation on maintenance and preventative measures.
Requirements and Skills
- Technical Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools and precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow established procedures.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent physical strength and stamina.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Vocational school certification or completed apprenticeship (advantageous).
- Valid professional certification (e.g., ASE) is a plus.
