Job Overview

The role of a Building Services Coordinator is to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the construction team, ensuring that all building services activities are executed in an efficient and effective manner.

This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, as well as excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, testing, and commissioning of both mechanical and electrical services, as well as chairing meetings and liaising with consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services
  • Chair meetings and liaise with consultants
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a third-level qualification or a trade qualification in the mechanical or electrical sector. Additionally, you must have relevant management experience in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering. It is also essential to be considered from a consultancy, building contractor, or M&E Contractor background.
