Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to lead our sales efforts in Continental Europe, driving top-line growth across our Service Business Unit, Stainless Steel/Hybrid Business Unit, and CSR Business Unit. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Continental Europe.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with biologic producers (biologics, vaccines, CMOs, cell and gene therapy companies, etc.).
  • Closely coordinate with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment on specific account strategies.
  • Represent ABEC at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand, generate leads, and showcase ABEC solutions.
