Job Title: Architectural Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of building regulations, codes, and construction methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation in line with building regulations and project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation;
  • Coordinating architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and specialist consultants;
  • Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications;
  • Carrying out site visits and preparing site reports under the direction of the Project Architect;
  • Identifying technical issues, proposing practical solutions, and highlighting buildability concerns;

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent and minimum 23 years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.

A strong track record in producing working drawings, tender packages, and construction detailing is essential. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and Revit preferred) and BIM workflow experience is highly advantageous.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
