Based in Limerick city, they are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist, with proficiency in both Revit and CAD along with 2 years+ architectural industry experience to join the highly collaborative growing team.
Their projects portfolio includes public and private sector work across: Educational Medium/Largescale Residential Sports / Leisure / Hospitality Ecclesiastical Healthcare Commercial Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed technical drawings & construction documentation for a range of project typologies Translate design concepts into fully coordinated technical packages Prepare and submit planning & building regulation applications Stay updated with building regs, industry standards & innovations Ensure high standards in accuracy, detail, and graphic presentation Desired skills & experience: A degree/diploma level qualification in Architectural Technology 23+ years experience in an architectural design consultancy Project experience should include residential, commercial, or education sectors Strong knowledge of Irish/UK building regs & construction methods Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit Experience creating tender packages & technical detailing Strong communication skills & attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and in a team Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits include: €35k-€45k doe Parking Pension Career growth & CPD For further information, please forward your cv and portfolio to Deborah.
