SSA are looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist for our client, a well known architecture firm, in Limerick.

Job Description:
  • Assist architects in the development of detailed technical drawings
  • Prepare and produce high-quality construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Use BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) to develop 3D models, drawings, and documents. Ensure that designs are coordinated and clash-free.
  • Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Attend site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure that construction is in line with design and specifications.
  • Work projects through from conception through construction phases.
What you Need:
  • Relevant architectural degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Ireland
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Desirable also)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
