Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing personalized support and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all product lines to drive customer confidence and loyalty.
  • Promote positive reception of distribution brands.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and engage them with new products.
  • Ensure satisfactory customer outcomes in line with industry guidelines and promote positive customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and escalate complaints in line with our company's complaints procedure to ensure fair outcomes.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service environment (retail, contact centre, hospitality, etc.).
  • Ability to take responsibility for customer concerns and resolutions; good communication, empathy, and objective stance.
  • Strong technology use and keyboard skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify personal goals and take responsibility for your own development; self-motivation.
