Job Opportunity: Customer Service Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Coordinator role.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fully office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer enquiries and requests through phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and update customers on order status.
- Provide support to external sales representatives and ensure they have up-to-date client and order information.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised records of all client interactions, quotations, and transactions.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
