Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the frontline of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for handling all inbound inquiries received, and establishing outbound communication through various channels.

You will independently provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise, and continuously educate yourself with up-to-date and relevant information to support the customer service operations.

In addition, you will escalate issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required, adhere to Quality Assurance standards, and comply with the schedule set by the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound inquiries and establish outbound communication
  • Provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues
  • Escalate issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards
  • Comply with schedules set by the Team Leader

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry
  • Possess the passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Be adaptable and resilient, able to operate in a quickly changing environment
  • Be great at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
  • Have a fast internet connection (5mpbs broadband internet connection at least)
  • Hold knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech industry, and be a Binance P2P user will be an added advantage
  • Able to work on flexible working hours and shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays)
